Storm Cleanup Under Way In Vandalia

Cleanup is under way in Vandalia after a powerful windstorm left quite a mess last week.

Entire garages were lifted off the ground and moved to other locations.

The storm was so bad the city activated its Code Red warning system.

Despite all that, the National Weather Service said the storm was not a tornado.

No weather - related injuries have been reported.
